We are unable to process returns for vinyl products unless they have been damaged during the shipping process. However, if you receive a vinyl product that has incurred damage during transit, please promptly contact us, and we will gladly assist you in facilitating a refund or replacement. Please note that in case of damaged product, please email us a photo of the damaged product within 1-2 days of delivery received.
