We are unable to process returns for vinyl products unless they have been damaged during the shipping process. Our commitment to delivering your items in pristine condition is of utmost importance to us. However, if you receive a vinyl product that has incurred damage during transit, please promptly contact us, and we will gladly assist you in facilitating a refund or replacement. Please note that in case of damaged product, please email us a photo of the damaged product within 1-2 days of delivery received.
